"Great hotel near Florence airport for early morning flights. Tomasso was super checking us in and we received our room earlier than promised. Also “Bosa” ( that was her nickname I think) was an excellent server in the restaurant for a quick dinner for an early night. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety and fresh. "

I was a bit stressed when the hotel sent me a message through Expedia but their email is blanked out with the app. There was someone at the hotel upon my afternoon arrival who sent me a code through WhatsApp to access the room. We were here the night before an early flight and the airport shuttle was prompt and courteous. We even had dinner and drinks that I would recommend on the hotel patio. "
