"The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were not only friendly but also remarkably attentive — they knew guests by name and remembered individual requests. All of our preferences were accommodated promptly and to the highest standard. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistently excellent and scheduled at a time that was most convenient for us. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk. Overall, our experience was seamless and exceeded expectations. "Great hotel to stay at. Located in the heart of Florence walking distance to all the attractions and places to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and basic. Room was clean. A bit of noise from the outside life, but it was ok. The train station is about a 20 min walk. I had no vehicle so unknown about parking. Scoot parking seemed abundant. The staff were multilingual and very friendly. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"This is an excellent hotel. We stayed here 3 nights. It is about 1.5 miles from Uffizi. Walk directly along the river to/from the hotel. The service we got was the best of our entire vacation. Staff was very helpful and English speaking. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Street construction made accessing the hotel by car a bit difficult, and we had to park at a public lot about 4-5 blocks away. It was nice being away from all of the tourists and crowds, yet close enough to walk or taxi to get to restaurants, shopping or museums. I would stay here again. Very please with this choice and felt it was a very good value. "

We truly loved our stay at Bernini Palace. The service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations and reservations. Truly a pleasure. The daily breakfast buffet was just excellent. So much variety and beautifully presented. The rooms were just stunning. The decor and service levels added to the enjoyment of our stay in Florence.
