"This place could be an absolute hidden gem but the hotel company really needs to buck its ideas up, not quite sure how it managed a 4 star rating. Our room was clean, tidy & a good size but the bed frame was in dire need of mending, it creaked with the slightest movement - didn't provide a good night's sleep! The main corridors & staircase areas were not cleaned once during our 5 day stay. The Restaurant 1692 wasn't good. First night we ate there, there was hardly anything available from the...
