"Run down, old dirty appliances and couches, tattered towels. Pictured like a first floor condo but 5 steps up to unit. Neighbor in next unit has dog she can't control and gets into screaming matches with family members. Property Manager inappropriate with responses. Great location and friendly owners. See comments left by Lois in August and believe them."
