"Friendly customer service at front desk. Beds very comfortable. No free coffee in Lobby. Parking fee of $10 per day. I had forgotten my Apple Airpods in the bed when I checked out. I returned 1 hour later and the front desk promptly returned them to me. I was so relieved! They are honest."

"When we came they gave us our room. When we went to a room it looks like someone checked out but the room was never tended to. I went downstairs and they gave us a new room right away. I get it that mistakes happen l, but the staff took care of the issue right away. "

"I was there for one night. My son’s graduation at Irvine was the next day. We had two rooms. We didn’t arrive until 8pm or so and left around 8am the next morning. "

"The entire place was very up to date and very clean. The only thing I could possibly give and a (really small one), was the room AC, while working great was a bit noisy when trying to sleep. I didn't notice it at all, but my wife did. Also the breakfast was a bit pricier that we expected. Other than that, would I stay there again, absolutely."

"We kinda got a crappy view of the street, our porch only fit 1 chair for 1 person which kinda sucked, and when you were sitting on it you were so close to the sidewalk we were able to throw our beach towels right on the porch from the street. Seems just like bad luck though as a lot of the porches seemed really nice with a good view and larger. Check in and check out was all on my phone which was nice. Pool area and top deck was nice with a lot of comfortable seating, wish the pool didn’t close...
