"This was the second time here. The first was excellent. This time the room had a lot of road noise. Also the bath door stuck so you felt locked in. Also the shower gel was empty when we checked in. We liked the location walking distance from the beach and boat marina."

"Overall everything was great! But the only issue I had was that my room for the night was facing the train tracks. No problem at all with that, but a little heads up from the front desk would’ve been nice. First time I head the train it scared me! It was loud and of the blue. After the first 4 it was like noise in the background, but once the sun came up. It was annoying!!!!!! If I would’ve known I would’ve asked for another room or a room on the other side or something."

"I have stayed here plenty of times and customer service is great. I was a little upset this past visit though, since I had to pay $40 additional dollar's for a room an already prepaid for. I booked two different rsvp and the person that checked us in said there would be no issue with us staying the same room. I would just need to check out in the morning and check back in which will be completely fine. Well of course when I went to the front desk the next morning there was an issue with us...
