The beach was serene, not busy and the ocean water spectacular. My son enjoyed the pool daily as well. We loved the food, room service was also a great convenience. Taxi pickup and for getting around Diani was also great. A big thank you to all the hotel. We will definitely be back ! "

"Beautiful looking. Clean pools. Friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing white sand beach. Aggressive monkeys. Appalling food hygiene - got ill on 2nd day. Left on 4th morning when I was well enough to travel. Hot food not actually hot. Orange juice watered down so it was a pale yellow colour. Flies everywhere in the food pavilion in and around the buffet. A lot of food not covered. Salads etc not kept in cool cabinet, just out in the open. Tablecloths filthy and not changed while we were there....

"Warning! The hotel is now Eleven Pearl, new owner and when you arrive they will not be aware of your booking! It will take a while to sort this situation out and will be stressful. The hotel and location is great though "
