The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with our room upon arrival and they responded immediately. A great location, a few hundred meters from a shopping mall with a well-stocked supermarket. Would recommend it to others.

It's much farther away from the airport than you would think. 25 Euros in a taxi, 20 Euros in the van called by the hotel.
