"Condition of the rooms could use some attention. Heavy dust build up around beds/ side tables . Pillows a need replacing, absolutely shocking at how disgusting they were. the pillow cases exposed and the truth of the pillow itself and they have long passed their expiration date . We needed a place to stay overnight, flying in from The Canary Islands one evening, and flying home to the US the next morning. We didn’t have time to visit Frankfurt, but the Steigenberger had many great amenities and we ate at the German Restaurant
