"Berlin was our first stop on a tour of Germany and Austria with family from Australia. We chose this hotel as it was recommended and close to the Hauptbahnhof and within walking distance of the touristy bits. We partied early morning and we were pretty tired but check in was simple and efficient and the lovely lady on duty was so helpful.
