"Finding the registration desk was a challenge--the hotel is integrated into a conference center and there is a shopping center on the first floor. Took a few tries to figure it out. Overall, room was fine, well-laid out and worked for this stay."

"We loved the view of the canal and charm of the room. Restaurant and bar staff was excellent. Air conditioner sid not work. Day staff was curt. Housekeeping was great but did clean our room once when we had a do not disturb sign up. "
