"Really enjoyed our time here. Was a nice sanctuary away from the experiences Tokyo had to offer. We enjoyed the mid-century aesthetic of the house, the bedrooms are all generous sizes (compared to what the rest of Tokyo has to offer), and the lounge is a great spot to unwind after a long day. We really enjoyed the location too. Asagaya felt more like a residential area, but there are plenty of great eateries, coffee shops, and bars to enjoy in the area. "Would stay in this place again with a big group as it has 3 bedrooms and all amenities you could want. Only caution is the steps leading up and down as it has no handrails and is steep. It also has only 1 sink for all to use- if you don’t mind that, well worth staying here!"

"Great communication from the host and no issues. Drying room is great for washing and our family of 6 (2 adults, four kids) really enjoyed our chill out time here. Multiple train lines close by, easy access to shops and supermarkets made it pleasant for us. "

"とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑）ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。"

"We had 5 adults and we stayed comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked. The house was less then 5 minutes walking to a wonderful grocery store, 8 minutes to the train, and so many things to see walking around the neighborhood. It is quiet and no other tourist. Our morning walks around the neighborhood were wonderful. If we come back to Tokyo, I would stay again."

"Enjoyed staying here, location was good and having a bit more space than in a hotel. Plenty of kitchen appliances but could have done with a few more matching plates and glasses etc."

"Spacious. It is a whole house, two bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has one. Everything worked, fish oven can be used as toaster. A/C was very effective. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels. No tourists in this neighborhood. Things to be aware of: you must climb stairs to get to living area and to bedrooms above that. Stairs from living area to bedrooms are twisty-a bannister would be nice although they are not as common in Japan. House...

"The host Keita is very nice and kind! He provided any help we need regarding our stay. We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people. There are 2 aircon with cooling and heating so the room are warm despite the almost freezing temperature outside. There is also a hanger where we can hang our jackets and towels. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo....
