"It was a nice clean space, remote, and in a quiet part of Tokyo. Slightly out of the way from the nearby train stations, but not a big deal. A very fair price to live in Tokyo! However, it is quite out of the way from the touristy activities, so if one is visiting to do a lot of tourist activities, you may or may not consider finding a place closer to the city. Most of my commutes took about an hour, but Shibuya and Shinjuku are quite close - about 30 minute commute (including the 10 minute walk...

"施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"

"Space is tight, so it's hard to keep clear. (1Near to train station. Hardly any cars, however floors are too thin, can hear upstairs guest moving luggage. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by 24hr convenient stores and 3 supermarkets. Quite a bit dining options although they are far apart."

"Kelvin was a very good host, I was having trouble signing in on VRBO app. We were able to connect in What app which solve my worries. Kelvin Apt is as described bright and airy. It is spacious for Japanese standard. Although we did not cook at all it would be nice to update the cooking facility for people who want to cook a simple meal. The location is good, only ten minutes to the train station through a pleasant path in a quiet local Japanese neighbourhood. There is a 7-11 convenience store...

"部屋は狭いがロフトは意外に広かった。ベッドにはマットレスが無く布団だけなので固く慣れるまで身体が痛かった。夏はロフトは暑いのでエアコンの風が行くように扇風機が設置されているのは良かった。キッチンの排水溝のゴミを捨てようとしたら、掃除があまりされて無く滑りがひどく気持ち悪かった。ロフトのハシゴからジャンプしているのか？どっしんっという音が良く聞こえた。全体的には立地、部屋の綺麗さを考えるとお値段も手頃で良いと思います。"

"A very good place to stay for our family of 4 on a quiet and convenient street in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. Convenient grocery stores and all the amenities we needed in the apartment. Good manual from host on how to locate the place and use it well.. Like most places in Tokyo, it is compact but it does the job of a clean and comfortable place to stay while seeing the city."

"Very clean but old. Beds were ok but rather hard. One bed was sagging in the center edge. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The TV was great and AC worked really nice. The train noise is noticable but didn't disrupt our sleep. Staff were very nice. Good place for an overnight stay. Great access to train station. "

"清潔で室内で快適に過ごせました。Wi-Fiも使え、キッチンも食器など十分にありましたし、風呂トイレも清潔でした。タオルはバスタオルとハンドタオルなので、フェイスタオルのみ持参した方が良いですね。3階でエレベーターが無いので、荷物を運ぶのは少々大変ですが、仕方がないでしょうね。また機会が有れば利用させて頂きたいと思います。"

"I enjoyed my stay very much. Setagaya is a wonderful prefecture and this apartment in Kyodo is closely located to many restaurants and a few really nice grocery stores. Kyodo Station is right off the Odakyu line and 5 stops "or one express train" away from from Shimokitazawa. Head South to Enoshima or Tama-ku where you can also transfer to Nambu line. I would stay again."
