"The hotel was perfect for a family of five with younger kids, 5, 9, and 10. The staff was incredible. We had a medical emergency while staying there and the staff was amazing. Honestly, when faced with having to take an ambulance with your very sick child, to a hospital in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language having this staff on hand was so helpful and made a very stressful situation as easy as possible for me. Really, a great place to stay and wonderful staff. "

"It was a nice clean space, remote, and in a quiet part of Tokyo. Slightly out of the way from the nearby train stations, but not a big deal. A very fair price to live in Tokyo! However, it is quite out of the way from the touristy activities, so if one is visiting to do a lot of tourist activities, you may or may not consider finding a place closer to the city.
