"I booked a last minute solo room with a private bathroom and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is excellent and the restaurant/bar is decent albeit with very little variety. "The hotel was perfect for a family of five with younger kids, 5, 9, and 10. The staff was incredible. We had a medical emergency while staying there and the staff was amazing. Honestly, when faced with having to take an ambulance with your very sick child, to a hospital in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language having this staff on hand was so helpful and made a very stressful situation as easy as possible for me. "This place was the most convenient for us. All of the areas we wanted to visit were close and so was the train station. Lots of cute dining areas to check out and the locals are very friendly! Only negatives were the bathrooms (they were tiny, but useable) and we didn’t get more than 2 rolls of paper for a 6 day stay. We had to get our own toilet paper. Overall, it was a good experience and we would definitely use them again when we come back to Japan. "
