Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We also love the breakfast buffet and the variety of dining options in the hotel. It’s become our go-to place whenever we’re in Tokyo—reliable, comfortable, and well-run. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel which is central to many great walking areas. The experience was absolutely 5 star. The staff are polite, accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding and the servers first class. When asking for a coffee refill it came each time in a clean cup, freshly brewed as the lead server said. All the details matter. We also had outstanding service from Alex the Concierge. Simply it was a perfect experience. "

"Conveniently located next to the train station and a few convenience stores for late night grabs (7/11, Aeon etc). There were also many food options available. Walking from the station was easy and quite straightforward. Use Google maps for everything. "
