"The Hotel is overall very good and I have stayed there many times over the years. However, zero upgrade received (I am Expedia Gold) and was told "We are sold out" when I asked for a room on a higher floor. A quick hotel search showed they definitely were NOT sold out. An annoying start to my stay."

"My stay was so amazing! I arrived last Wednesday morning from my overnight trip from Florida. I was exhausted and they made breakfast for me at 9:15am. My room was not ready and I went to the Lounge to relax and 20 minutes later, my room was ready. I enjoyed the afternoon high tea, which so great, loved the grounds, staff was exceptional, and the food was so good I ate all my meals there. Had a group dinner reservation on Saturday night for 8 people and we had a grand time on Sunday night. The hotel and restaurant manager went out of there way to be accommodating and sincere. I would definitely come back again to stay. Next time, Suite!! "
