" Everything went smoothly from booking to check in and check out. Communication was clear between the owner and my travel party. The only complaint I have is I wish I could have stayed longer, but vacations do have to end. Multiple pools and hot tubs on property, disney is only 25 minutes away. Could not recomend them enough. "This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable. "The guy at check in was of no help to us at all offering no solutions for us trying to check in and he just sat there. We ended up finding out we had to call the owners of the room to get a room number and undergo a confirmation thing that was NEVER sent to us in the first place, so it took an extra 30 minutes longer to check in than usual.
