"Nice place Good location Very nice staff"

"Whole place is dated. Wall switches broken, one was shorting. Pool was closed for the hottest hours of the day when you really want it open and it really wasn’t clean. Breakfast minimal but ok. Bed not really comfortable. Power to room is turned off until check in time so it takes hours to even chill water in the fridge. Manager was very helpful and nice. "

"The first thing to say is "WOW", what a great place to stay - the entire place was beautiful and was such a perfect stop on our trip to Sicilia. The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The food was incredible and the staff was just over the top awesome !!! We are very picky when we travel about cleanliness, value and customer service - we were so pleased that everything was even better than advertised - we will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance !!!! "Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa."

"From the moment we arrived Morgan was there to help us, explained where to park, helped with our bags and showed us around when we arrived. The attention to detail in the decor was second to none. Extremely clean and spacious rooms. And a personalised breakfast. Also a very comfortable bed! Absolutely loved the decor throught!"
