Romantic villa in the little village of Pedagaggi, surrounded by orange and lemon grooves. The villa has a great and lush exterior with a big pool, BBQ area, a terrace overlooking the pool where to enjoy summer moments, and from where one can enjoy a great view of the park and Etna volcano and many lovely corners all around the property. The interior shows a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a saloon-kitchen with double sofa-bed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ON ARRIVAL, THE SUM OF € 200 IN CASH IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL CLEANING FEE.

The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 80. Beyond that limit, it will have a cost of € 0,50 per kWh.
Check-in time: 4pm to 9pm. Beyond that time, it has a cost of € 30 to be paid in cash locally upon arrival.

We were concerned by there being no smoke alarm/detector in the villa as there are bars on the windows so no escape exit. If there was a fire in the night there would be no way out from the bedroom or bathroom. The propane canister for the hob in the kitchen was freestanding and regularly pulled forward and back when in use or not. The owner told us to turn it off after use, but there was no information on safety usage of the propane, or adequate ventilation for safety. We feel safety measures are required to prevent unnecessary injury in this property.

My partner and I loved the villa - for two people it felt like absolute luxury. The house was beautiful with everything you need. The outside kitchen was great we used the BBQ multiple times. The highlight was the garden and pool. The garden was beautifully kept and massive. The pool to ourselves was perfect, it was much larger than we expected! The location was fantastic too you feel very secluded and private. We would lovely to go again. Really recommend this place!
