"The only issue we had was the quality of the mattress on the sofa bed. There were springs sticking out and it couldn’t be used. We were able to get a cot that was comfortable but we booked a suite especially for the 3rd person."

"Called ahead to make the hotel know I’d be a late check in. Arrived to find out they gave away my room, received a lesser room but as it was 3am all i wanted was sleep for me and my son. Room was clean and comfortable, would change my rating if and when i get a refund on the downgraded room."
