"Our check in process wasn't that smooth and we had to call the central number multiple times to get into our room.It was spacious as described, carpets were filthy, kitchen facilities were adequate, bathrooms are okay except the toilet seats were too low and there were no shower caddy (shampoos and body cleansers were left on the floor of the shower and you literally had to bend to the floor during the shower to use it). Back patio door lock was broken. It is an old apt building for the students...
