"Great location everything about the stay was good with the exception we had to ask for towels a few times plus we started with a 3 piece set of towels the 1st couple days after that we got 2 pieces plus had to ask for it"

"This hotel was such a surprise! We had an unexpected layover in the Azores, and booked this hotel at the last minute. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels (it was summer) and were amazed by the beautiful property. We were also also mindblown by the handwritten welcome card and the fruit basket. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We could not believe that such a first class breakfast was included in our stay. Chefs that are ready to take your order, buffets of protein, fruits, cheeses, pastries and so much more. This stay was absolutely incredible!"

"Was a beautiful location on the beach away from the busy town nearby. The staff were great. Our air conditioner broke and they brought a fan and then fixed it the next day. Loved the views from the balcony and the breakfast in the morning. Parking was a bit fun to figure out as you share the lot with beach goers, but we were able to find a spot most of the time. Nice kitchenette and mini fridge. Shower was powerful and nice and hot. Really good restaurant about a 10 minute walk east along the coast called Sunset Beach. Try their traditional steak or any other beach fare available."

"The blue penthouse was outstanding. The daily cleaning and breakfast were amazing perks. Access to the beach was a real plus. Morning adventures and afternoon by the beach made an amazing holiday. The property thinks of everything beach towels concierge services."
