"The staff were extremely friendly and diligent, the rooms were clean. The lobby was very inviting and we actually spent time playing pool. We enjoyed everything, the only thing was the pool not being cleaned, and maintained. We cleaned it and told the staff because it was green. "

"Have stayed at the Virginia Crossings many times and I love this hotel - spotless, quiet, outstanding staff! only issue this stay - have eaten in the Tavern many times and it is usually fantastic - this time a lot of menu items weren't available (maybe because a Monday??) and it wasn't as good as usual "
