Room was full of beautiful details and was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t a big space and there wasn’t a place to sit and work, no desk etc. I enjoyed my stay which was cozy and the restaurant Downstairs was delicious. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel owned by the same company and was very good, fresh and well made. My room didn’t have a full length mirror to check outfit before a work thing which was a bit tricky but might not matter depending on your plans.
Charming hotel, both rooms and grounds. Mexican restaurant on ground floor is excellent. Quaint neighborhood, walking distance to historic downtown. Friendly staff. A gem!
We had an awesome experience! The only issue was check in. The inn has a restaurant below which is AWESOME. But the inn itself which is IMMACULATE and beautifully decorated is almost self operating. The servers did their best to help but in the end the chef checked us in! Think of it as staying with family. Also pleasantly surprised for the full breakfast at there other property Hotel Fauchere a Michelin Star restaurant .
This was a wonderful last minute, one-night stay for me and my husband. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bathroom was tiny but adequate and very clean. The bed, a queen, adequately comfortable. The decor overall was lovely. There was a very strong "febreeze" type odor throughout the establishment which I did not find pleasant. We booked our room the day of and through Expedia so we understood why there was no breakfast (although it was advertised and mentioned in the lodging's literature.) We had dinner at Felix's cantina and found the blackened onion appetizer a delight. We enjoyed our day in Milford very much.
My partner and I stayed at La Posada and absolutely loved the decor, the quiet and how close it was to the main road. We also enjoyed dinner at Felix’s Cantina downstairs. We’re excited to stay here again in the future!
This much needed getaway was incredible. The decor, cleanliness, and super friendly staff made this a wonderful, memorable experience. It was a great escape!
