"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had traveling. The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. Both rooms have A/C, and the location is convenient — about a 3-minute walk to a big supermarket, 6 minutes to the Metro, and 10–15 minutes to the Domodossola train station and tram. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly.
