"The staff were lovely and really informative upon check-in about the rooms, facilities and local area. The room was clean and well decorated, with complimentary coffees and a bottle of wine to enjoy on the rooftop which was a lovely touch! We staed one night before a cruise departing from Pireaus port and it was super close to the terminal so great location, the laundry facilities onsite are also a good bonus for this! we will definitely stay again!"

"It was the worst room in the hotel I believe. Clean But everytime someone used the bathroom in rooms above me made the water draining sound like it was running down the wall in my room. Would distract peace and wake me up. Could not figure out how yo turn the lights on in the room, no instructions from front desk, bathroom was clean but no shower other than a hose and I guess just stand there and get everything wet, including toilet, floor, sink etc. I guess it's a European thing but not pleasing to me. Looked out the window and all of the A/C machines were right on the edge in front of the window. Good thing no one needed the A/C in there rooms due to outside temperature But can't imagine the noise all the machines would make. Again worst room but maybe no other room would be better. 2 stars only for cleanliness. "
