"It’s a nice hotel, but if there was one thing we struggled with was the lack of air conditioning in our room. There was a limit to how high you can put it and we were very hot at night, it is 30+ degrees in the summer and we needed more to sleep comfortably. As for staff, we went for breakfast everyday because it was included but the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, rarely they came to bring us water or ask for our coffee order. For a luxury hotel, I would expect better service from staff. And the hotel is not at the best location, you cannot actually walk to town from it, we had to take a taxi everytime which we found it to be a hassle."
