The staff was fantastic! They helped us get cabs, made great resteraunt recommendations, stored our luggage on the last day, and were incredibly welcoming. The location near the port is great if you are taking a cruise. I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was so nice & place so clean! They even helped arrange transportation from airport to hotel. You can’t beat the free transportation from the hotel to the cruise ship. I am very happy with my choice this time. 😀

The hotel has a great location and we enjoyed the shuttle service from the port and metro. There is a free cell phone for personal use including free international calls. Friendly and helpful. Clean room--a bit on the small side. The only negative was that there was a febreeze scent coming from the air ducts that bothered me--only when running the air. I would stay there again. Breakfast available for a fee.
