"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"This hotel was incredible. From the moment we walked in, we loved it. The staff were so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The gym was above average and we had great workouts. The breakfast was delicious! Even our 10 year old picky eater ate well and said good things! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! And love the location it was quiet and the shuttle was convenient from the airport vice versa. It was a good place for you to stay and able to recommend to friends and family. "
