"Everything was great , there is a light rail just outside the property that can take you quite far. The breakfast was better than I expected with everything you could want changing daily slightly which is appreciated. Coffee station available all day- nice touch. Rooms are large and comfortable. The only little thing I didn’t like were the polyester sheets. Wish they were the traditional cotton."

"The amenities were really great"

"As a retired firefighter, and then went to work for a Sheriff’s office in Florida, I was really pleased with the security of the pass cards entering the building and using the elevator. And also thought the beer tap in the lobby was a fantastic idea . Our son and his girlfriend they’ve only a couple of blocks away so it was a great location along with the gym just across the parking lot perfect location we will be staying there again when we visit"

"Room was clean, staff very nice and accommodating."

"Efficient clean, great staff, particularly Amanda who was most helpful"

"Clean room! Breakfast was excellent! Staff great!"

"All staff members were very nice and informative. All areas were clean."

"Arrived early and Leon at the front desk gave me a room right away. He pointed me where to eat lunch and where to play 9 holes. Stay was great!"

"Don't tell u it a charge security deposit till after u pay for the room and and cleaning fee that how they get u"

"The hotel was clean and served its purpose for my one-night stay. The A/C unit worked well in my room. The front desk receptionist was professional yet lacked warmth. I was charged an $18 parking fee to park my car in the Best Western’s own lot which I found to be unreasonably greedy."

"Very private and peacefully quiet!"

"Nice facility, very cute and clean. Not super helpful staff, kept me waiting a long time at the window despite 4 employees right behind it, feet away. Worse, staff (and friends?) sat in the courtyard talking loudly and shrieking with laughter at 1 in the morning, loud enough to wake me up."

"Close to downtown and restaurants"

"Sufficient. Decent breakfast. Rooms feel like hospital rooms."

"Very nice spot and close to downtown if your here to see a concert, 8 minute walk to van buren and 20 to the mortgage center. Bed is a little stiff but all around a great place to stay"

"The property was in a great location The price was great for the area. I enjoyed having all the amenities available to us. I loved the apartment feel instead of the hotel, kitchen was available and allowed us to relax more in the evenings on the balcony."
