"Staff is always friendly. Property a little dated but great location."

"My friend and I stayed 6 nights on the 18th floor. Only two elevators are used for floors 1-18. One had been down before we checked in, and was still when we checked out this morning. So very long waits to go up and down. Housekeeping wouldn’t always give use clean washcloths (even though we got fresh hand and bath towels), so we had to call to get clean ones. There is a $45/night resort fee on top of the price you pay on Expedia. This allows you to get 10% of a few restaurants in the hotel....

"The hotel was fine, beds comfortable but was shocked that I was charged $45/night for amenities. What’s the amenity? Bottled water every night, and 10% off an expensive restaurant next door that we had no plans to go to. It’s in the fine print, and totally easy to miss once you’ve secured the room price. This totally clouded what could have been a nice stay. Feels like a punishment for booking through Expedia. I also had to ask three times to get our hand soap dispenser fixed/filled. "
