"Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful. I had an easy time finding spaces for my dog to use the bathroom. There was some homeless people staying around the property outside but it was a safe space. Police were walking around and I felt comfortable."

"After a terrible experience with my booking at the Hyatt, we decided to head straight to The Whitehall—and I’m so glad we did! "There isn’t much around to do in the area, you definitely require a car to drive into town. It’s also very empty? Barely saw people in the day time. Besides that, I wasn’t ecstatic about the serve homeless population in this area only reason it caught my attention was because it was visible on every single block maybe 4 miles in each direction. Didn’t feel super safe or willing to walk in town, also please note we are from out of state so this was super different for us to see. Next time would preferably book a hotel in a more populated area. We really loved rice village area. "
