They went to the trouble of moving our room when my husband a keen birdwatcher wanted a river and Mountain View. "Liked the property, was clean and good amenities. Did not like bedding. Bed was really tiny. Also pillows was really poor quality. Did not like staff did not provide all the information about the parking. They initially said there is just pay parking. However, later found there was also small free parking they did not talk about. Did not like front desk timetable. Just a few hours in the morning and in the afternoon open. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
