Chateau Castigno is located in the absolutely stunning area completely picturesque. Two good restaurants in the village of Assignan including a great breakfast.. many others within a short driving distance. The cave is an architectural gem with a thoughtful caring winemaker at the helm. Delicious!

Didn’t have much of a Mountain View, but the room was spacious and perfect! They had champagne and snacks in my room. The staff was first class. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! Just perfect!!!

New renovation of older structure in center of downtown.Great location ,near everything. Quiet room with excellent air conditioning.Helpful staff.comfortable modern rooms. Only one passenger elevator. Many restaurants nearby. On new pedestrian area just off main square. Watch out for very fast e-bikes and e-scooters weaving through pedestrian! Much to see in neighborhood.Would stay again.

It's a charming hotel in the Carmes area of Toulouse. Our stay was very comfortable, with valet parking and hospitality for my little dog. The on-site brasserie offers a set menu that includes cassoulet and croque monsieur, prepared with excellence. The morning of our stay, I needed a before-hours breakfast that was beautifully and thoughtfully prepared and packaged for me. The overall feel was that of polish, courtesy, and sophistication, even though the hotel itself is beginning to show traces...

Lovely hotel in the walled city of Carcassone. Great setup for parking since you can't park in the city. They have a special parking lot where you leave your car and they have car service to pickup you and your luggage and deliver you to the hotel. Private event in their dining room when we were there but they made reservations for us in a lovely restaurant a few door down (Comte Roger) and was one of the best of our trip. Lots of restaurants and shops within the walled city. Great...

Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better.
