"Shower did not have any hot water. Let it run for 20 min lol and barely a trickle"

"The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). The outside door would not work with our keys at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable. But everything else was great! Oh! The shower...

"Disappointed with this hotel although I acknowledge it was better than a Baymont we stayed at the Friday before."

"Spent 1 night here as a family of 4. We loved that the toilet was separate from the shower in our suite. The room was clean and reasonably priced for a quick overnight stay."

"Disappointing end to our birthday getaway. My husband and I stayed at the Baymont in Frankenmuth to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, our experience at breakfast left me incredibly upset. After a full day of walking, my boots had hurt my feet, so I went downstairs wearing socks. An employee informed me that shoes were required. I completely understood, said okay, and immediately began leaving. However, while I was putting the lid on my coffee, I overheard her loudly repeating the...

"Where do I start? Rooms were huge, well stocked. Place smelled clean lol. Staff was SO nice and breakfast was great! 24 hour coffee was icing on cake. Loved this place"

"Room was clean but small if you are having a long stay . Local shops and restaurants made it very convenient."

"Inspected the room upon check in. The bed sheets and spread were both stained. The carpet was severely stained. The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to...

"Exterior door entry to room. Room had no carpeting, old beat-up furniture, poor flooring (don't walk barefoot) no hair dryer, no tissues, towels were old, no coffee/tea in room. Shower and vanity were nice. Overall, 1.5 out of 5 is a fair rating. Over-priced for quality. At another hotel next night, pd $10 more for what we would rate 4 of 5 and had everything missing from the Knights Inn."

"The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay."
