"Shower did not have any hot water. Let it run for 20 min lol and barely a trickle"

"What a fun stay! The bar crew was amazing - front desk super helpful. Rooms were remodeled and clean, patio was messy and the screen was broken so it was unusable."

"The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). "The breakfast wasn’t very good and the coffee was awful."

"Room was clean and soundproof. Very quiet, comfortable bed, will definitely stay again!"

He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to...

"The room was clean and nice. The hotel was easy to get to and with in walking distance to the attractions on Main St."

"My room is mine"
