"Have stayed here about 20 nights over multiple trips. Staff is great. They’ve helped me with things outside of scope, getting items, dealing with me as a solo traveler, etc. Pool, steam and sauna are nice. Gym gets the job done. Rooms are comfortable. I’ve stayed in all of them. Entry level is enough for most but have upgraded and been upgraded as well. Spa services are pricey but I’ve tried it a few times and it’s nice of course. Breakfast is best I’ve had in China. It’s probably best hotel I’ve stayed in my time."

"Excellent accomodation. Staff helpful, good little cafe at reception. Turn left out of hotel and a few minutes walk from bustling food shops and restaurants. 3-4 minutes walk from metro, when turning right out of hotel."

They went above and beyond, greeted me and offered to help me with the luggage from the elevator to the lobby. You truly feel welcomed by the staff and the culture of this hotel."
