"Don't, under any circumstances, take a room with an "arcade view"! The view is internal view of empty spaces, and they never turn off the lights so your room will be bright all night long regardless of curtain configuration. The area is also in a bad neighborhood and between the beggars and homeless it felt very unsafe and unsavory."
"Hotel was clean and quiet. Room was was excellent. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of items to choose from."
"Great stop over if you’re passing through. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s located within a shopping, office and restaurant complex. There’s even a huge Kroger grocery store and gas station. Safe and easy to walk around to everything. "

South Park location that puts you near all of Dayton's attractions
10/10 Excellent
"Easy central location. Bathrooms were a bit inconvenient with 12 people but there were plenty of beds and seating, every kitchen gadget imaginable, and a great cooling system. All needs were met. I will say the steep set of all stairs cannot be stressed enough as well as the treads not being full sized. If you are traveling with people that are known to be messy, maybe bring your own towels and bedding. We would stay again!"
University home Cozy 2-bed great location safe hospital & UD nearby AC, WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"The place was clean, cozy, and there was an excellent restaurant right across the street. Great value, as well. Also, close to the hospital, university, restaurants, and downtown. I will stay there again if I am ever back in Dayton."
"Hotel is great, would def stay here again. Added bonus the river is right behind the hotel with a beautiful river walk and pedestrian bridge to a pretty park. And they have a water display every hour. Really nice. "
