"The Royal Scot Hotel greatly surpassed my expectations . The check in was fast and efficient, the bike parking was convenient and secure, and the room (we had a standard) was huge, bright and clean. I loved the real cups and glassware provided (as opposed to the cheap disposable plastic/styrofoam) and abundance of big fluffy towels. I appreciated the two large comfortable armchairs for relaxing and I found the bed very comfortable. Best of all the staff was unfailingly cheerful. Overall one of the best managed hotels I have ever stayed at. It will be my go to hotel in Victoria from now on."

"It was our second time staying here, and it was great. We love the location, staff and breakfast. Our room, 409, had a window with a broken seal, so the moisture build up, blocked part of the view, but the room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again, and highly recommend Embassy Inn.
