"The sheets were dirty with hair and dander, there was mold in the shower, and the room stunk of cigarettes. It was not the room I booked online and was not even close. The bathroom was tiny with the space between the wall and the shower not being large enough for an average sized mans shoulder width. We left a day early from Inverness it was so bad. Very deceptive pictures online "

"Hotel tired. Not good first impressions. Room ok for budget standard. Could have been serviced better. Carpet needed good cleaning. Stayed for 2 nights and hotel doesn't normally service room. Any additional items from reception/bar. Breakfast very poor selection. A couple of items of so called fresh fruit which needed to be thrown away. Wouldn't stay again "

"This is my second time staying at a Mansly apartment and I can’t say enough how pleased we were. I’m a very picky traveler with high expectations on cleanliness and efficiency and they don’t disappoint. Location is great, across from stores and surrounded by restaurants. At times when I’m tired of restaurant food, the kitchen is well equipped even to bake. Great job please keep it up!! "

"We hated the room. They didn’t have ample parking and when we left to explore the city the receptionist couldn’t tell us where to park. Room was smelly and rooms are super small, pull out beds. Felt like room was just put together the last minute "

"No hot water in the room. Staff said nothing could be done about it. Hotel is located opposite a very loud pub so difficult to sleep. Absolutely awful. Got bedbug bites. Very severe. Resulted in medical attention. I wish I had looked at reviews beforehand because the bedbug infestation has been going on for months. The linen was also dirty. Avoid at all costs. "

"Strange set up, have to check in via the restaurant, there’s no lobby. 2 flights of stairs to get to the lowest possible level which poses trouble when you have to haul suitcases. Also have physical cut keys since it’s an older hotel. My room’s back door was unlocked when I went in, and none of my keys would lock it so had to get staff to come and lock it themselves. Walls are paper thin, so every movement and creak sounds like someone is in your room (old building so makes sense). Location was great, but just not somewhere I would stay again if I had a choice. "
