"Useful stopover on the South Downs way"

"Staff were very positive and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Great choice available. Parking was good, but very tight on the night we were there as there was a wedding going on. But we still found a spot. "Location not in walking distance of anything such as stores or railways. Short drive to Portsmouth Harbour. Quiet area."

"spa facilities"

"All good. Great for families"

"Overall, the hotel was passable at best. Definitely could be cleaner and desperately needs refurbishing."

"Wykeham Arms is a period institution! Accomodation is a plus, and great food... Location, location, location helps!"
