"Finding myself on my own for the holidays, I decided to make a short trip to Mendocino, and area that I love. I checked in on Christmas Eve, and stayed for two days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was pleased to have a fireplace, sitting area, small refrigerator and coffee maker. The receptionist at the front (I wish I could remember her name) was incredibly helpful in advising me which places would hold Christmas Eve services, and made sure I had anything I needed. "We LOVED our stay here and will definitely return. The flower gardens were amazing during our August stay. The chocolate chip cookies were yummy. The breakfast scones & gluten free banana bread were outstanding. They even were generous enough to share the recipes. Assistant Melissa was so helpful explaining details of how to make the scones. Innkeepers were especially warm, friendly and inviting."
