BEST VIEW BY FAR! Room was nice size, attention to detail, appreciated the grab and go breakfast every morning! Walking distance to the harbor and nearby bay, close to coastal trails. Would highly recommend.

There are no elevators so if you have sore knees definitely pick a lower room and don’t bring up a lot of luggage. Be prepared for fog to affect the lovely view but even the fog was interesting. Great fireplace.

Very helpful staff and beautiful location. Only drawback is that you are right on the water and there is a bell or something that goes off every 30 seconds or so on the water. They do provide earplugs and you do stop hearing it after a bit but be warned. I’d still stay here again as it was not that bad

They need a dumbwaiter lift for the suite cases for the top floors. Otherwise the King suite with jetted tub cleanest and well thought out room. Already booked another stay.

The property was in the perfect location with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the Noyo Headlands Trail which we really enjoyed. It was too warm to use the fireplace. Staff was welcoming and helpful The seals were fun to watch from our balcony!

The room was a very nice size and the view was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was the three flights of stairs to get up to the room. It’s a little much for 80-year-olds especially with luggage. If staff could help with the luggage that might be a good solution for us.

Staff were very nice, check-in was easy, and rooms were clean and beautiful. Our room also came with a complimentary bottle of wine. It was the perfect place to spend our 20th Anniversary.

Truly gracious and helpful staff, super clean rooms. The stairs & exterior hallways were not in the best condition - particularly since that was our only access to our room on 3rd floor. Would have been pretty easy trip. Otherwise - great views, quiet, and peaceful. Thank you.

Nice room with water view. Comfy bed. It was too warm to use fireplace but it would be cozy on a chilly evening. Constant fog horn and bridge traffic were a concern when we first arrived but once we shut balcony door we didn't hear either and got a good night's sleep. Please note there is no elevator so staying on 3rd floor means you had to go down one flight and then walk up four flights of stairs which is alot when you've got luggage.

The person who checked us in was very clear that "you third floor people don't get treated the same." Meaning that because we didn't book directly with them we only qualified for minimal amenities, We were "returning customers" so she gave us a bottle of wine (8oz) with the foil missing from the top. So one she couldn't sell or give to her "good" clients. We love hearing the harbor noise and the view, now we have found a nice new place. Customer service is important.
