Entre autre, il y avait deux fumeurs en dessous de mon balcon qui n'arrêtaient pas de tousser de cracher et de fumer, cela m'a beaucoup incommoder surtout le matin quand la fenêtre de ma chambre était ouverte. Ce faire réveiller par la fumée à 6h du mat....Bonjour. Dommage, l'appartement devrait être rafraichi et non fumeur. "
