"They advertise remodeled rooms. The room they gave me was not. It was old, filthy and unsafe. The walls had not been cleaned or painted for years. There were giant dark smudges everywhere. The refrigerator door didn't close and cabinetry was rickety. The door to the room had a faulty lock. The bathroom was gross. When I complained to the woman at the desk, she called the police.
