"I gave this place five stars because the service was incredible. When I first arrived, I was placed in a room that I wasn't necessarily satisfied with. They were stains all over the floor, the bathroom was not clean, and there were stains on the furniture. I flew in for the Beyoncé concert so I did the best I could to clean the room quickly and luckily, I had some shower shoes to walk around in until I finished getting dressed. When I bought my concerns to the Concierge downstairs, he was very kind and let me know that They will have a different room waiting for me when I got back. When I got back, I was put into a suite. The room was immaculate, super clean, and very comfortable! Definitely much more of an upgrade than I was expecting. This made my trip all the better, and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. And shout out again to the amazing service I received! You guys deserve raises!! "

"The property was walkable to the Houston Astros ballpark and very close to a cute park. The drive to the Houston Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk was easy as well. The breakfast was well stocked and had good food. The outdoor 3rd floor pool was fun as well."
