Most of the cleaning staff didn't speak English. Although I was in a non-smoking section a room near me was clearly smoking some strong weed for the two days I was there. Passed the couple in the stairwell & the weed smell was overwhelming. No ice machine or vending machine on my level. Could hear highway noice through...

"Staff was especially friendly and welcoming. I arrived needing a restroom right away. Was informed that No “public” restroom available. Although I considered myself a guest and not public. Thankfully the staff expedited my check in to allow me to get to restroom. Only negative to speak of is the lack of maintenance. Door hardware in the bathroom in my room was destroyed. Fortunately I was alone and did not need to close it during my stay. Overall maintenance seems to be lacking. "

"Have hot and cold drinking water machine in the lobby. No breakfast, no pool hotel is our choice for this trip. The hotel does offer light snacks and fruit in the lobby for the grab, lovely. Another good thing is the hotel provides tooth brush, tooth pick and mouth wash as well, very thoughtful. The bed is firm in room 218, I like it a lot :-) The room is clean and looks like newly remodeled. Love it. The only hiccup is someone bang the next room for some time in the middle of the 2/3...

"I liked everything about this place. Worth the money. The only thing that surprised me a bit was that they had no cutlery on demand. We had brought food with us but no plates or spoons or anything. We requested cutlery and they had none. I think they should have these in stock. Otherwise, everything was great."
