"Exceptional hotel, enjoyed my stay immensely. Will stay there again and again and again!"

"This is my first one-star review and it is very valid. I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital. I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty. On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer, I then had Expedia call the property and no answer. I sent an email and no reply. There is no way a guest can check in...

"Easy to checkin and checkout, parking at the apartment is very convenient. Room view is nice, location is great, it’s close to tram stops, walking distance to few eateries nearby."

"Great place to stay. Good location. easy parking."

"Got to hotel very late after cancellation of my train trip. Reception was open and I was treated very well. Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Thank you for a restful stay."

"The staff are very friendly. The room is modern and clean. I wish breakfast restaurant changes the menu at least every two days."

"前台服務員非常友善，因為我們需要2張單人床，前台服務員特地為我們清潔了一個有2床的房間，靈活的幫我們作出了調動，非常讚! 而且這個酒店設有停車位，離市中心亦不遠。唯一要改善的是空調機在運作時有些吵，建議檢查維修。"

"staff are great"

"Great location we walked everywhere, the place was comfortable but not sound proofed so you hear the doors opening and shutting all the time. Found some things missing like there was an ironing board but no iron. Reception was slow, even if no guests infront of them but appreciate them looking after our bags when we arrived early."

"Great stay for a very reasonable price. Great location! Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Very well located for an event I had on. And lovely rooms."

"Firstly, i was able to check into my apartment just before 11am...which saved me having to wander about Melbourne and make a nuisance of myself. Then the front desk check in gentleman Deep..was proactive in trying to get my inroom tv to connect to Youtube...resetting the tv to default settings and clearing the cache. When that did not fix the issue , he replaced the tv iwith another. Above and beyond all the while he had to go back to the checkin to assist other guests. Great apartment...
