When we got to the property we were shocked to discover that the owner had closed his business down and that we had to find other accommodation last minute, didn’t receive an email telling us our stay was cancelled ultimately we didn’t receive a refund for our stay either even though we had booked months in advance and paid upfront on the date we booked. He has taken off with our money and won’t answer my phone calls.
